Your future mission consists of ensuring all tasks related to the management of a portfolio of properties, entrusted by institutional clients and located in the La Tour-de-Peilz region:

• Relations with owners, tenants and craftsmen/state masters
• Coordination of rental and technical management activities with an assistant
• Regular analysis and monitoring of the portfolio, vacancies and relocations
• Technical monitoring of buildings, follow-up of maintenance subscriptions, claims management, control and coordination of works, control and monitoring of invoices and budgets
