Property Supervisor / Building Manager

We are seeking an experienced Property Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day operations of residential and commercial properties in Bahrain. Key Responsibilities: Managing tenants and handling tenant relations. Following up on rent collection and lease-related matters. Supervising maintenance requests and service providers. Conducting regular property inspections. Coordinating with property owners and preparing operational reports. Supervising site staff and ensuring smooth property operations. Managing handover and move-out procedures. Requirements Minimum 3 years of experience in property management or real estate operations. Experience managing residential and/or commercial buildings.
