This will include surveying properties, specifying works, managing contractors and overseeing delivery to ensure projects are completed safely, on time and within budget. You will take a proactive, programme-led approach to improving our homes, using stock condition data and your technical knowledge to inform investment decisions and plan lifecycle replacements.
