PROPOSAL COORDINATOR

The Proposal Coordinator supports the firm’s business development and marketing efforts by coordinating and contributing to proposal submissions and related marketing materials.

Working closely with technical teams and the Marketing team, this role helps translate technical information into clear, well-structured content that reflects the firm’s design expertise and client-focused approach.

This position is well suited to someone with a strong foundation in writing and coordination who is looking to grow their experience in proposals within an architectural or AEC environment.

Key Responsibilities Coordinate and assist with the preparation of RFP/Q responses and other proposal submissions.

Support the drafting, editing, and proofreading of proposal content to ensure clarity, consistency, and accuracy.
