 Job Title: Proposal Engineer – Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS)
 Job Summary:
 We are seeking a qualified and highly motivated Proposal Engineer with a strong background in Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) technology. The candidate will be responsible for providing technical expertise in preparing and developing proposals for BESS projects, supporting the sales team, and contributing to the achievement of business growth targets. The ideal candidate must possess an Honours degree/Postgraduate Diploma in Engineering and demonstrate excellent communication and collaboration skills.
 Responsibilities:
 Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer requirements and develop solutions that meet their needs using Battery Energy Storage Systems.
 Review and analyze Request for Proposal (RFP) documents, specifications, and technical requirements to develop accurate and competitive proposals.
