About the Role A Snapshot of Your Day The Proposal Manager will be mainly responsible for preparation and submission of proposals in the Transformers NA Business Unit with focus on Quebec, Canada. Working closely with the Transformers Business Development team and Siemens Energy Front Sales organization to develop proposals that support and complement their transaction strategies. 
The candidate will be responsible for working on a proposal team as a contributing member, maintaining and upgrading proposal templates, format, standard content, and related pricing tools to support product and service enhancements over time.
