Proposal & Presentation Specialist (m/f/d)

Your mission

We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented, and highly organised Proposal & Presentation Specialist to support BeWunder with the creation, editing, and customisation of PowerPoint presentations.
 
This role focuses on preparing high-quality presentations for internal meetings, client communications, project references, proposals, award submissions, and management updates. The ideal candidate should be able to work quickly under tight deadlines, understand complex project briefs, and turn it into clear, well-structured, visually aligned presentations that follow BeWunder’s brand vision and standards.
 
The role requires someone who is not only strong in PowerPoint, but also structured, creative, and able to learn on the go. Over time, the person should build a strong understanding of BeWunder’s history, vision, projects, people, services, and other key details, enabling them to support presentation work with speed and accuracy.
