About the job Proposal/Estimation Engineer Job Summary  Our Oil & Gas EPC client isseeking a detail-oriented and technically Proposal/Estimation Engineer  to support our business development and project bidding activities in the oil and gas sector. The candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates, technical proposals, and tender documentation in line with client requirements and industry standards. 
Key Responsibilities  Analyze tender documents, technical specifications, and client requirements. 
Prepare detailed cost estimates for EPC, construction, or maintenance projects. 
Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and project teams to gather input for estimates. 
Develop and submit competitive technical and commercial proposals. 
Maintain an up-to-date database of costs, vendor quotes, and market rates.
