Responsibilities
- Analyze tender documents to understand technical and commercial requirements.
- Gain clarity on construction methods and project scop
- Prepare invitation to bid packages for suppliers and subcontractors
- Evaluate bids both technically and commercially
- Assist in compiling bid tabulations and recommend preferred suppliers/sub-contractors
- Attend client meetings with Manager to address commercial and technical queries
- Provide insights and technical clarifications as required
- Prepare a synopsis of tender requirements including terms such as payment, insurance, liabilities, warranties, liquidated damages, and bonds
- Consult with Legal Advisor to ensure compliance and protect company interests
- Collate and prepare technical and commercial proposals aligned with client specifications
