Key Responsibilities
- Leverage your own local network of traders, KOLs, influencers, trading communities, or projects to onboard and recruit high-quality funded traders.
- Build and expand local Prop Trading ecosystems (educators, trading groups, partners)
- Plan, execute, and optimize marketing and recruitment campaigns based on your existing contacts to maximize ROI.
- Stay updated on regional market trends and competitor activities to refine growth strategies.
- Represent Propw professionally and strengthen brand presence in your region.
Requirements
- 2+ years experience in Crypto / Trading / Prop Firm BD roles
