Support the onboarding and early activation of PRUElite Apprentices.
Monitor and track PRUElite Apprentice performance, including pipeline, activity, and achievement.
Collaborate with MDRT & SDU team to coordinate coaching, training, gathering programs & recognition for PRUElite Apprentices.
Prepare progress reports and highlight potential qualifiers.
Collaborate with MDRT Development Staff to ensure pipeline continuity toward MDRT.
