Psp Analyst

AXA Partners Mexico is looking for a PSP Analyst.Dimensions of RoleSupport clients in a timely manner with everything related to AXA's organizational structure and have extensive knowledge of Global.HR tools to keep them up to date and reliable.Key Responsibilities:- Analyze in detail the requests received by Local HR to make sure that the information is accurate.
- Execute effectively the requests received by Local HR.- Execute the requests within the established timeframes (SLA's).
- Elaborate standardized and customized reports for Local HR. (Such as HR, IT, OPS, Finance, among others).
- Propose improvements for the PSP processes to provide a better, simpler, and more agile service to our customers.
- Correct operation and maintenance of AXA HR global systems (Oracle (YES Core), Taleo (YES Learning), Group Directory, Neocase (My HR Portal), among others.
