Your Mission
- Oversee and coordinate the clinical journey for our members, providing clinical - emotional support and case management in Spanish, English, and Portuguese.
- Conduct clinical evaluations, risk assessments (ATS), and short-term evidence-based interventions (CBT) across different languages and cultural contexts.
- Act as the clinical point of contact for our English, Portuguese and Spanish provider networks, ensuring high quality of care and compliance with local regulations.
- Maintain impeccable clinical records and documentation in Salesforce, ensuring all meets Lyra’s global standards (primarily in Spanish and English) and local legal requirements.
- Provide clinical response for high-risk cases in the region, delivering immediate bilingual support and follow-up.
