- HDB - IMPROVEMENT WORKS TO MULTI-STOREY CAR PARKS
- HDB - GOODWILL REPAIR ASSISTANCE (GRA)
- Liaised with residents/end users, overseeing daily repair routines among workers.
- Clarified Repair Method Statements for residents, maintaining accurate records and adhering to Client’s specifications.
- Addressed residents/end users feedback and complaints, reporting outcomes to the manager.
