Pupil Mentor – Alternative Provision
Location: Sunderland
Contract: Long-term
Start Date: ASAP
Pay: £90–£100 per day
We are recruiting a Pupil Mentor to work within an alternative provision supporting pupils who need a more personalised approach to education.
Key Responsibilities
Provide 1:1 mentoring support
Support behaviour and emotional regulation
Encourage re-engagement with learning
Work collaboratively with teaching staff
Celebrate progress and small achievements
Skills & Experience
Experience supporting vulnerable pupils is desirable
Patient, consistent and nurturing approach
Strong relationship-building skills
