The Purchase & Inventory Executive is responsible plan and schedule inventory coordinating purchases, ensuring timely delivery, updating entries into SAP B1 and maintaining records.
Key Tasks & Responsibilities:- Issuing purchase order with close follow up on the receipt of goods ensuring in line with agreed timelines;
- Coordinate with Sub-Contractor for services, close monitoring and follow up to ensure agreed deadlines are met;
- Coordinate delivery schedule and logistics arrangement; including the coordination with third party transportation for both overseas and local purchases;
- Review minimum stock quantities and replenish timely to ensure efficient stock level at all times;
- Purchase order planning, consolidate consignment for costs efficiencies;
