Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Purchase Officer with a strong background in manufacturing, automotive, steel, or HVAC industries. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and procuring materials, equipment, and services while ensuring cost efficiency, quality standards, and timely delivery.
Key Responsibilities- Handle end-to-end procurement of raw materials, spare parts, equipment, and consumables.
- Source suppliers for steel, automotive components, HVAC materials, electrical and mechanical items.
- Obtain and evaluate quotations, negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules.
- Prepare LPOs and ensure timely follow-up with vendors.
- Coordinate with production, maintenance, and project teams to understand material requirements.
- Maintain supplier database and develop new vendor relationships.
