Description
Our client is looking for a highly skilled and proactive Purchaser with a minimum of 5 years of experience in procurement specifically within the agricultural and industrial sectors.
The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing and purchasing a wide range of items including spare parts agricultural equipment agrochemicals and seeds ensuring quality costeffectiveness and timely delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify evaluate and select reliable suppliers for spare parts (pumps construction materials etc. and agricultural equipment.
- Manage procurement of fertilizers pesticides herbicides and related agricultural inputs.
- Source and purchase certified seeds such as maize soybeans sunflower and others based on seasonal requirements.
- Negotiate pricing terms and delivery schedules with vendors to ensure best value.
