Source, assess, and select suppliers for materials, equipment, products, and services, while managing overall vendor relationships. Handle and process purchase requisitions and orders efficiently. Request and evaluate quotations for stores, spares, and service requirements based on RFQs from vessels and operations teams. Ensure that all procurement activities follow organizational policies and procedures. Develop framework agreements with suppliers and ensure procurement of relevant goods and services under these agreements whenever possible. Negotiate with suppliers to achieve optimal value and service. Conduct regular vendor performance reviews and price benchmarking. Coordinate servicing and other support services to meet Class requirements, including annual inspections and related activities.
