  • Effective planning, purchasing, and expediting
  • Process purchase orders 
  • Coordinate with various departments to make sure orders arrive on time
  • Monitor and track shipments to ensure on-time deliverY
  • Working closely with external freight forwarders
  • Admin including commodity codes etc 
  • Requirements of the Purchasing Administrator:

  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills
  • Excellent organisational and time-management abilities
  • Excellent excel skills (vlookup, sumif , pivot table at a minimum)
