We are looking for a Purchasing and Supply Support Technician eager to develop their career in the field of Procurement.
The Role
To ensure the effective administrative and operational management of the supply process by maintaining accurate ERP data, proactively monitoring supplier lead times, and anticipating issues that could impact production or customer service.
- Review and validate order confirmations received from suppliers.
- Update confirmed delivery dates in the ERP system at purchase order line level.
- Prepare and send overdue delivery claims and follow up on upcoming deliveries.
- Conduct daily supplier follow-up and update newly reported lead times.
- Coordinate with the Sales Department to anticipate the impact of supply delays.
