JOB DESCRIPTION
Oversee and manage all matters related to the Purchasing Department, including procurement and vendor management
Develop and implement purchasing strategies to ensure cost-effectiveness and timely delivery of goods and services
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify procurement needs and requirements
Conduct market research to identify potential suppliers and evaluate their capabilities and offerings
Manage relationships with suppliers and negotiate favorable terms and conditions
Monitor and track purchase orders, deliveries and inventory levels
Ensure compliance with procurement policies, procedures, and relevant regulations
Analyze purchasing data and trends to identify areas for improvement and cost saving opportunities
