Dawn Aerospace is looking for a Purchasing & Inventory Coordinator to support purchasing, inventory, logistics, and material coordination activities across both In‑Space Propulsion and the Spaceplane program.

This role supports the day‑to‑day operational side of purchasing and inventory management. You will help ensure our engineers and production teams get the goods they need when they need them, while also helping improve inventory visibility, purchasing accuracy, and operational processes as the company scales.

You will work closely with manufacturing, engineering, logistics, and procurement teams across the organisation. This is a hands‑on role with a mix of purchasing, ERP work, inventory coordination, logistics support, and warehouse activities.

  • Raise and manage purchase orders
  • Coordinate supplier deliveries and order follow‑up
  • Support purchasing and inventory transactions within ERP systems
