Purchasing Manager

We are seeking an experienced Purchasing Manager to lead procurement activities supporting electric motor and gear manufacturing. This role ensures cost‑effective, timely, and high‑quality sourcing of materials, components, tooling, and services critical to production operations.

• Source and manage materials such as copper windings, steel laminations, castings, bearings, magnets, electronics and related components
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies to meet cost, quality, and delivery targets
• Negotiate pricing, contracts, tooling, and capacity with suppliers
• Partner with Production, Engineering, Quality, and Planning teams
• Drive cost‑reduction and supplier performance improvement initiatives
• Manage suppliers using quality, delivery, and cost metrics
