• Conduct market analysis to identify potential suppliers and evaluate their capabilities and reputation.
• Negotiate with suppliers the terms of purchase, including prices, delivery times, payment conditions, and others.
• Follow up on purchase orders to ensure timely delivery of materials.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure that purchased materials meet required standards.
• Maintain an updated database of suppliers and material prices.
• Coordinate and execute commercial pricing agreements and detailed breakdowns.
