This role serves as a link between Customer Service, Logistics, Purchasing, and Operations teams to ensure the efficient flow of materials and products while meeting customer expectations and driving operational excellence. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and experience working within a fast-paced supply chain environment.
Key Responsibilities
+ Process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
+ Respond to customer inquiries and provide timely order status updates.
+ Assist in resolving customer service issues professionally and promptly.
+ Coordinate outbound shipments and transportation activities.
+ Prepare shipping documentation and schedule carrier pickups.
+ Track deliveries and assist in resolving transportation-related issues.
