Pursuits & Proposal Coordinator II

Responsibilities

• Works and supports global and in-country pursuit teams with the coordination and development of creative, compelling, and quality end-to-end proposals
• Ensures compliance with client requirements as stated in bid documents (RFI, EOI, RFQ, RFP, Pre-Qualification and Panels)
• Leads pursuit teams through the full proposal management process from proposal kick-off meetings to collating key information, resource coordination, content development and production and eventually submission of proposals
• Collaborates with different pursuit teams to build competitive and winning proposals that provide value to clients
• Analyses bids of varying complexities and develops bid management plans to capture client requirements and lay out a proposal schedule which includes milestone activities, dates, and logistics considerations
