QA Lead: Build Quality from Scratch & Scale Training

Plata Card in Colombia is seeking a QA Lead to build the quality assurance function from the ground up. This role will define standards, run audits, and closely collaborate with Training and Operations to ensure quality insights fuel continuous improvement.
