QA Lead - Insurance Domain Location: Toronto, ON Work Model: Hybrid 3 days at client office Experience Required: 10+ years Skills EIS: QA Inspection and Testing Skill Role Description Define and own end-to-end test strategy across functional, integration, system, regression, and UAT testing. Establish master test plans, quality gates, and entry/exit criteria in line with enterprise SDLC. Lead QA teams, manage test resources, environments, and delivery milestones. Ensure full traceability from business requirements to test cases and defects. Oversee defect triage, quality reporting, and release readiness sign-off. Collaborate with product, development, and business stakeholders across Lines of Business (LOBs). Support QA automation, CI/CD integration, and continuous quality improvement.
