Our client is currently hiring for the position of QA Officer.
Responsibilities
- Conduct regular inspections of processes, products, warehouse, and loading activities to ensure compliance with food safety standards.
- Support internal and external audits, including preparing documentation and submitting samples for lab testing.
- Document and analyze quality assurance data, identifying trends and reporting findings to the QA Coordinator.
- Collaborate with production, warehouse, and cleaning teams to address quality issues and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Investigate customer complaints related to product quality, analyze root causes, and take corrective actions.
- Enforce housekeeping and hygiene standards across the facility.
