QA-QC Line Inspector

This role applies to line-level QA/QC inspections throughout the fabrication and assembly value chain. The role spans incoming material verification, in-process welding inspections, post-weld visual checks, and final acceptance sign-off in collaboration with internal and external inspectors. 3.1. Visual & Dimensional Inspection Conduct first-off, in-process, and final visual inspections of components in accordance with drawing tolerances and QA check sheets. Verify material identification, traceability, and compliance with approved material certificates. Use measuring instruments (tape, vernier, angle gauge, fillet weld gauge, etc.) to validate fabrication accuracy. Detect and report any non-conformances in real time. Welding Inspection & WPS Conformance Ensure weld preparation, welding processes, and final welds conform to WPS and ISO 3834-2 requirements.
