Job Duties
- Responsible for every plant audit and food safety and quality related documentation
- Responsible for updating and creating documents (FDA,CPR,HALAL and other needed documents)
- Check Physical Characteristics of all Inbound items - Raw Materials, Packaging Materials, Store Accessories & Chemical
- Conduct Chemical Analysis of all Raw Materials and finished product
- Check & record noted Non-Conformity
Requirements:
- Graduate of Bachelor’s Degree in Food Technology or other related science courses
- 3 years of experience in the same field and level of expertise
