Your ‘day to day’:
Ensure the smooth operation of our manufacturing processes, providing timely support to the manufacturing team during production, adhere to all relevant standards throughout the manufacturing process, manage non-conformities in intermediate and finished products by implementing effective corrective and preventive actions, and consistently apply OPEN+ standards of working.
Major accountabilities:
- Support production teams by providing Quality guidance and support in case of issues.
- Train the floor on Quality practices/procedures and ensure the operational staff remains up to date with Quality requirements.
- Plan and perform sampling, tests and analyses on the quality of tobacco, materials, semi-finished and finished products according to applicable procedures and analytical methods.
- Ensure the integrity and the timely reporting of analysis results are in the appropriate system.
