QA Technician: Quality Verification & Failure Analysis

Responsibilities

Executes and maintains containment action on internal/external quality issues. Verifies implementation of corrective action and validates effectiveness. Performs defect verification activities triggered by internal. Conducts inline sampling radiographic inspection, content validation, and other QA testing. Supports senior technician in qualification audits for product and parts. Collects samples for failure analysis from various parts and product range to perform technical, product / parts and statistical analysis. Assist and Support Quality Engineer on problem resolution both internal and/or external quality issues. Adheres to Asurion handbook and Rules of Corrective Discipline. Performs other related duties as may be required.
