QAC Non Telco Tech

Job Purpose:

• The incumbent will be responsible for managing end-to-end Telco/Non-Telco activities within the geographical boundaries of his respective Grid(s).

Job Responsibilities:

• Assurance of network availability and managing network operations within the allocated budget by managing network utilization & managing MS-related matters/issues.
• Lead the MS field teams for issue rectification and improve & work on basic management KPIs.
• To monitor grid performance and activities performed by the field teams. Ensure compliance and conformance to network KPIs.
• To ensure Preventive/Corrective maintenance of the Access Network and Gensets is carried out on time. Managing the grid within the allocated OPEX budget.
• Take the necessary steps to optimize OPEX, including electricity, DG Fuel, conduct CPH Tests etc.
