QAQC Inspector (Civil / Architectural)
The QAQC Inspector is responsible for ensuring that construction works comply with quality standards, approved drawings, and project specifications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement and monitor the project QA/QC program.
- Conduct inspections and tests on civil and architectural works.
- Review and verify material submittals, method statements, and inspection checklists.
- Identify non-conforming works and issue NCRs when necessary.
- Ensure corrective and preventive actions are properly implemented.
- Maintain QA/QC documentation, reports, and records.
- Coordinate with project engineers and consultants on quality issues.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of Civil Engineering or Architecture
- Experience in QAQC for construction projects
- Knowledge of ISO standards is an advantage
