Job Purpose
The QA/QC Engineer (Civil) will be responsible for ensuring quality standards across all phases of building construction projects—from substructure works through handover.
Requirements / Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in the UAE (at least 5 years in mid/high-rise building projects).
Responsibilities
- Implement and oversee quality assurance and quality control procedures throughout all construction stages (substructure, PT slabs, waterproofing, façade, interior and exterior finishes).
- Prepare, review, and update Method Statements, Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs), and checklists.
- Manage material submissions and approvals in line with project requirements.
- Raise and review Work Inspection Requests (WIRs) and Material Inspection Requests (MIRs).
