Description QA/QC Lead – Income Qualified Residential Programs 
Location:  In Ontario 
Travel Requirement:  Up to 30–50% travel across Ontario 
Ready to make a difference? ICF is seeking a QA/QC Lead to support income‑qualified residential energy efficiency programs serving single‑family and multi‑family building types across Ontario. This role is responsible for ensuring that installed measures meet program requirements, technical specifications, and quality standards through a combination of desktop quality assurance reviews and in‑field inspections. 
Reporting to program leadership, the QA/QC Lead serves as the primary quality contact for trade allies in the field, working closely with contractors, program staff, and delivery partners to identify deficiencies, recommend corrective actions, and support continuous improvement.
