Responsibilities
- Work with a team of QC inspectors overseeing daily QC inspections activities in compliance with established standards.
- Work together in training, coaching and mentoring to enhance the skills and performance of team members.
- Prepare and maintain work schedule for the department to ensure optimized resources for overall efficiency.
- Work with cross‑functional teams to implement continuous improvement and track status of non‑conformities.
