QC Manager

Oversee and develop QA/QC strategy, systems, and procedures in alignment with ISO and company-specific standards. Manage and mentor a multi-site QA/QC team of Superintendents, Inspectors, and Admin personnel. Conduct internal and external audits, lead non-conformance root cause analysis, and ensure effective corrective/preventative actions. Lead ITP/QCP development and execution in conjunction with Project Management and Fabrication teams. Ensure full adherence to legal and customer compliance requirements, including coordination of 3rd-party inspection bodies. Represent QA/QC during high-level client engagements, shutdowns, and critical milestone reviews. Spearhead quality improvement initiatives and drive cross-functional ownership of quality outcomes.
