About company/role:
- Pharmaceutical company
- Based in the Eastern suburbs of Melbourne
- Seeking a QC Technician to join the Raw Materials Sampling team
- Working within a warehouse environment
- 6-month casual contract, potential to be ongoing
- Fulltime hours, normal business hours
Reporting to the QC Team Leader, duties include:
- Receipt of incoming goods
- Aseptic sampling of raw materials
- Use of tools to ensure correct sampling
- Manual handling, lifting upto 25kg and use of electronic pallet jack
- Check delivery dockets and labels to ensure correct batch numbers, expiry dates and quantity
- Release of raw materials in warehouse
- Follow GMP standards and correct SOPs
- General housekeeping
