QE Manager (Toronto)

Job Title: QE Manager (Banking Industry)

Location: Toronto, ON (Hybrid, 3 days onsite in a week)

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Quality Engineering team, including QA analysts, automation engineers, and testers
• Define and implement test strategies, frameworks, and best practices across projects
• Drive test automation initiatives and improve test coverage and efficiency
• Collaborate with product, development, and DevOps teams to ensure quality is embedded throughout the SDLC
• Establish and track quality metrics, KPIs, and reporting dashboards
• Oversee test planning, execution, defect management, and release validation
• Implement continuous testing practices within CI/CD pipelines
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and internal quality guidelines
• Mentor team members and foster a culture of quality ownership and continuous improvement
