The Role
The QHSE Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining the company’s Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental management systems within a fabrication and manufacturing environment. * Develop and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) in line with ISO 9001 standards.
* Ensure fabrication processes comply with customer specifications, drawings, welding procedures, and quality requirements.
* Conduct internal audits, inspections, and quality assessments.
* Manage non-conformance reports (NCRs), corrective actions, and preventive actions.
* Monitor fabrication quality performance and identify improvement opportunities.
