Integrated Management System Lead – Gloucestershire
Join Ontic’s IMS Compliance team as an Integrated Management System Lead. This on‑site role involves travel across UK sites, supporting continuous improvement and ensuring compliance with Part145, HSE and ISO frameworks.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement, monitor and continuously improve the Integrated Management System.
- Plan, execute, report and follow‑up audit activity across sites, ensuring compliance with internal policies and external regulatory requirements.
- Identify trends in non‑conformance, support root‑cause and corrective action processes, and drive improvements to align processes and procedures with operational practice.
- Act as the IMS focal point for the site, working closely with operational teams and auditors to provide guidance on compliance requirements.
