Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a Quadient Inspire Developer to support a major North American banking client in modernizing high‑volume, regulated customer communications. This role focuses on designing, enhancing, and deploying secure, compliant CCM workflows across print and digital channels.
Responsibilities
- Design and enhance customer communication templates using Quadient Inspire Designer.
- Build workflows for statements, regulatory notices, onboarding packages, loan communications, and other banking artifacts.
- Implement data mapping, personalization logic, and multi‑channel output (PDF, AFP, email, SMS).
- Collaborate with business, compliance, and engineering teams to ensure banking regulatory compliance.
- Support unit testing, UAT, and production deployment cycles.
