Would you like to be part of Mencap's Quality Team? We are hiring two new Quality Advisors to join our current team of 7 national Quality Advisors. We are hiring due to a promotion in the team, and would love to welcome candidates from all backgrounds to apply. We are welcoming, friendly, and curious bunch and would love to see someone who complements this as part of our team!

What will you do?

Our Quality Advisors work with our direct services to provide support to more than 5, people across England, Wales, and Northern Ireland. We are all committed to making sure people can expect and get the best possible support. Among other duties, we do this by:
providing assurance visits
reviewing complaints, compliments, mortality reviews, and whistle-blows
providing advice 
identifying learning from these reviews
