Quality Analyst

Position Description

This role is hybrid and requires you to be at our downtown Toronto and/or Client office at a minimum 1 day per week - subject to change at any time.

Your future duties and responsibilities

• Lead Quality Strategy & Execution: Define and maintain test strategies and test plans across functional, integration, API, and end-to-end testing for large-scale systems.
• Test Design & Management: Create, review, and maintain high-quality test cases, test scripts, and traceability to requirements; ensure effective coverage and risk-based prioritization.
• API Testing: Perform hands‑on API testing using Postman, including test suite creation, parameterization, environment management, and automation where applicable.
• Observability-Driven QA: Use Splunk and/or Argo CD insights to search, analyze, and visualize application logs to validate functionality, troubleshoot defects, and support integration and API testing. ...
