Quality Analyst

This role plans and executes necessary activities to ensure an optimal operation of all Tolling facilities assigned to Bunge in Mexico including technical, quality assurance, Food Safety, operational execution.
Core Functions:
- Manage and keep updated documents required by customers and regulatory requirements for the correct operation of tolling partners, Food Safety, Quality assurance from all the directs and indirect materials.
- Supervise all the activities related to Quality Assurance, Food Safety with all tolling partners, Controlling and manage all the process end to end.
- Execute and manage Quality data and BOM master data including different tools, ex SAP, Sales Force, SRM, Customer platform or any other platform or technological resource need it.
- Elaborate functional trials suppliers, tolling partners, to validate and ensure the performance of our products, facilities, equipment's, food safety & Quality assurance.
