Quality Assurance Lead

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced QA Lead to lead quality assurance activities . The ideal candidate will have strong leadership capabilities, hands‑on knowledge of automation testing, experience working with complex enterprise integrations, and the ability to coordinate across multiple teams and stakeholders.

This role requires someone who is organized, proactive, accountable, resilient, and capable of handling challenging environments, tight timelines, and complex integrations. The candidate must be able to drive quality initiatives, organize Jira boards, manage defect triage, and guide the QA team effectively.

The QA Lead should also have awareness and understanding of AI integration opportunities within Jira and QA processes to help improve productivity, reporting, and quality management.
