Acciona Construction is looking for a qualified Construction Quality Control (CQC) Manager and Certified Quality Inspector with extensive background in PCCP (Portland Cement Concrete Pavement)  to join our BASA Airbase Project based in Angeles City, Pampanga. 
NOTE: Actual job title is CQC Manager PCCP/QC ACI Transport Inspector  
Job Overview Experienced Construction Quality Control (CQC) Manager and Certified Quality Inspector with extensive background in PCCP (Portland Cement Concrete Pavement), airfield and roadway construction, concrete quality assurance, and transportation infrastructure projects. Skilled in implementing USACE/NAVFAC Three-Phase Control System, conducting inspections and testing for soil, concrete, and asphalt works, and ensuring compliance with project specifications, ASTM, ACI, and DOT standards.
